Pass 1 — ID source of truth

The full stakeholder product datasheet is authored in Bahasa Indonesia as the source of truth. A machine-assisted English rendering is deferred to Pass 2 of the documentation revamp.

What this document covers

The Indonesian datasheet covers:

  • Platform overview — target users, channel, deployment model, language support
  • Core capabilities — the "Aria" AI chatbot, lead scoring, admin dashboard, follow-up automation, escalation routing, knowledge base management, eval system
  • Value proposition — automation of the admission funnel, reduction in counselor workload, 24/7 availability, data-driven insights
  • Deployment model — self-hosted, private cloud, Indonesian-first

What stakeholders need to know in Pass 1

  • HUPH is live in production — admin dashboard at admin.huph.val.id, WhatsApp chatbot handling real prospects
  • Current metrics — ~28 leads tracked, 95.2% KB eval pass rate, 5-cluster team ownership model (CASS/CBT/CHS/CIST/CNE)
  • Channel focus — WhatsApp Business (via 360dialog) is the only active channel. Telegram and Web were deprecated in April 2026
  • Tech stack — Node.js + Python RAG + Next.js admin + Dify + Postgres + Socket.io realtime
