- HUPH is live in production — admin dashboard at
admin.huph.val.id, WhatsApp chatbot handling real prospects - Current metrics — ~28 leads tracked, 95.2% KB eval pass rate, 5-cluster team ownership model (CASS/CBT/CHS/CIST/CNE)
- Channel focus — WhatsApp Business (via 360dialog) is the only active channel. Telegram and Web were deprecated in April 2026
- Tech stack — Node.js + Python RAG + Next.js admin + Dify + Postgres + Socket.io realtime
