Pass 1 — ID source of truth

Short summary
The Indonesian document walks through UPH's 8-stage admission funnel from prospect to enrolled active student:
- Prospect — first inquiry captured by the chatbot
- Inquiry — contact data captured (name, phone, email)
- Interested — program interest expressed
- Applied — application form submitted (formulir)
- Qualified — form fee paid, documents verified
- Admitted — acceptance notification sent
- Enrolled — tuition paid, student account created
- Active — classes started, student attending
Each stage has counterparts in the HUPH lead pipeline's status enum
(incomplete → new → contacted → qualified → enrolled → lost). The
funnel is based on real processes at one.uph.edu and industry
standards (Salesforce Education Cloud, Slate CRM).
