Pass 1 — ID source of truth

The full admission funnel walkthrough is authored in Bahasa Indonesia as the source of truth. A machine-assisted English rendering is deferred to Pass 2 of the documentation revamp.

Short summary

The Indonesian document walks through UPH's 8-stage admission funnel from prospect to enrolled active student:

  1. Prospect — first inquiry captured by the chatbot
  2. Inquiry — contact data captured (name, phone, email)
  3. Interested — program interest expressed
  4. Applied — application form submitted (formulir)
  5. Qualified — form fee paid, documents verified
  6. Admitted — acceptance notification sent
  7. Enrolled — tuition paid, student account created
  8. Active — classes started, student attending

Each stage has counterparts in the HUPH lead pipeline's status enum (incomplete → new → contacted → qualified → enrolled → lost). The funnel is based on real processes at one.uph.edu and industry standards (Salesforce Education Cloud, Slate CRM).
