Pass 1 — stub only

Full content-team documentation will be written in Pass 2 of the documentation revamp. Pass 1 focuses on operators and developer onboarding.

Material currently available (in archive)

Discovery and content audit material previously collected lives at docs/archive/discovery/:

These files are not rendered by MkDocs (listed in exclude_docs) but they remain in the repository for the content team's reference.

  • Gap detection & content backlog management
  • Content review & approval flow before publishing to the knowledge base
  • Eval golden dataset management — how to add/edit golden QAs
  • Crawl source governance — how to pick URLs worth crawling

Interim references

Until Pass 2 lands, the content team can:

  • Read the Knowledge base page to understand how content enters the chatbot
  • Read the FAQ page to understand the FAQ management + Dify Annotation sync flow
  • Access discovery documents at docs/archive/discovery/ (via the file system, not via the docs site)
